Continental United States, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands
Docktail® Bar ships with UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail service on all shipments within the continental U.S., Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.  Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing and up to an additional 15 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered and availability. On average delivery time is 2-6 business days from the time you order until your order arrives. We’ll send a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.

 

Alaska and Hawaii
Currently we are shipping via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Parcel Select to these locations.  Please call us at 1-954-900-5743 to place your order to these locations over the phone and for shipping quotes.   If you are outside these areas please contact us via email at [email protected] before placing your order online and we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping needs.  

International
We would like to see Docktail® Bars on boats all over the world. Currently we are shipping via UPS and USPS Ground in the 48 contiguous US states. Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands only for online orders.  If you are outside these areas please contact us via email at [email protected] or call 1-954-900-5743 so we can take your order over the phone and we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping needs.  

OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If we shipped your order was shipped incorrectly or you received any damaged or defective parts you may also choose to exchange them within 30 calendar days. All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging. Exchanges will not be granted to items that have been deemed used or damaged by Docktail® Bar. Please include a copy of the original receipt of purchase. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly or the merchandise is defective.  Docktail® Bar reserves the right to refuse exchanges of damaged or used items at our sole discretion. For products purchased directly from our authorized dealers, their return/exchange policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
