I did have to drill my own holes but it was very easy. Table fits nice on a 23 foot bowrider. Much better than the table that came with the boat.

We just love our new table. Our old table was very heavy and when you ran the boat it would loosen up at the base mount. This new table stayed nice and tight for a 15 mile ride in rougher seas.
