If we shipped your order was shipped incorrectly or you received any damaged or defective parts you may also choose to exchange them within 30 calendar days. All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging. Exchanges will not be granted to items that have been deemed used or damaged by Docktail® Bar. Please include a copy of the original receipt of purchase. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly or the merchandise is defective. Docktail® Bar reserves the right to refuse exchanges of damaged or used items at our sole discretion.
